Who We Are

We are here for the moments that feel unbearable. Our therapy team in Georgia and Utah supports couples on the edge of breaking, individuals who feel burned out and numb, teens who are overwhelmed and shutting down, and children who are having big feelings they can’t yet explain. We understand what it’s like to feel scared, angry, ashamed, disconnected, or alone in your own life. You do not have to carry that by yourself anymore. You also do not have to have it all together before you reach out.

We offer in-person counseling in Henry County, Georgia (McDonough, Stockbridge, Forsyth, Macon, Bibb County) and in Salt Lake County and Utah County, Utah (Sandy, West Jordan, South Jordan, Draper). In addition, we provide secure online telehealth throughout Georgia and Utah. This means you can get support in the way that feels safest and most realistic for you right now.
