We’re Ready to Hear You
Reaching out for therapy can feel huge. However, you don’t have to already know what to say or have the perfect story prepared. Instead, you can simply tell us what’s happening right now: “We can’t stop fighting,” “Trust is broken,” “I feel numb and exhausted,” “My anxiety won’t turn off,” “I don’t feel safe in my own relationship,” or even, “I need help.” That is enough.
We work with couples and individuals who are dealing with relationship disconnection, infidelity and betrayal, anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, and depression. Because these things are heavy to carry alone, we take them seriously. So if you’re thinking, “I can’t keep going like this,” you’re in the right place.
Therapy in Georgia and Utah
We provide therapy in Georgia and Utah for both couples and individuals. You can meet with us in person or through secure telehealth. We see clients in Henry County, Georgia (McDonough, Stockbridge, Forsyth, Macon, Bibb County) and in Salt Lake County and Utah County, Utah (Sandy, West Jordan, South Jordan, Draper). In other words, you can choose the setting that feels most safe for you.
What Happens When You Reach Out
- First, you contact us using the form on this page. You can share as much or as little detail as you want.
- Next, we respond. We’ll reach back out to you. We’ll talk about what you’re dealing with and what kind of counseling you’re looking for (couples, affair recovery, anxiety, depression, individual support). This way, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
- Finally, we schedule. If it feels like a fit, we’ll set up a first session — either in-person or telehealth, based on what works for you. As a result, you’ll have an actual plan instead of carrying it by yourself.
You do not have to convince us you’re “bad enough” to deserve help. In fact, needing support is already enough.
Is This Confidential?
Yes. Your information is kept private. If you’re worried about your partner, family, or employer finding out you reached out, please let us know in the message and we will honor that. In short, you are allowed to have a safe space.
Not Sure What to Ask For?
It’s okay if you’re not sure whether you need couples counseling, infidelity recovery counseling, anxiety counseling, or depression counseling. We can help you sort that out. For example, you can even say, “I don’t know what I need, I just know I’m not okay.” That’s a completely valid starting point, and it is how a lot of people begin.
You are not “too much.” You are just tired of holding it by yourself. So this is the part where you don’t have to keep doing that alone.
